  • Ingredients
    2 tablespoons of flour
    1 tablespoon of lemon juice
    Egg whites.

    Mix the ingredients well and then distribute it evenly all over your face and neck. Leave the mask on your face for about 20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. After your face is clean, make sure that you apply a moisturizer to nourish your skin and make it clean and soft.


    • Banana

    Ingredients
    Mashed Banana  
    2 tablespoons of oat flour
    1 tablespoon of rose water.

    Blend them well and apply the paste on your face and neck as well. Let it on for about 15-20 minutes until it dries and then cleanse your face with cotton pads and wash off the fruit residues from your face with lukewarm water.
    A fresh banana mask will guarantee a smooth, clean and fresh complexion.


    • Kiwi

    1 egg yolk

    Ingredients
    1/2 avocado
    2 tbs hot water
    1 ts honey

    Mash the Avocado with a fork or in a mixer. Dissolve the honey into the water and add it to the fruit. Put it into your face, using your fingers or a special brush. Avoid the area of your eyes and mouth. Keep 10 minutes and wash away.

    • Strawberry

    strawberries contain salicyclic acid, which rids the skin of dead cells, allowing it to absorb moisture more efficiently. Strawberries also have a mild bleaching effect on the skin and help heal blemishes.

    Ingredients
    Puree 1/2 cup ripe strawberries.
    1/4 cup cornstarch.

    HOME SKIN CARE TIPS

    •                     Keep it clean.
                          Drink eight glasses of water every day to keep it hydrated.
                          Use an alcohol-free toner to clean out pores.
                          Don't tug and pull the skin around your eyes. Be Gentle.
                          Don't take steaming hot baths or showers because it has an immediate drying affect. Keep it short.
                          After bathing, pat dry your skin and apply a body lotion to seal in the moisture.
                          Save heavier moisturizers for nighttime. Use light ones under makeup.
                          If your skin is sensitive, it's best to look for products and cosmetics that prevent irritation.
                          Exercise will increase your circulation and give your skin a healthy glow.
                          Exfoliate once a week including your neck and upper chest area.
                          Rinse your face in cool water to close your pores. This will help reduce their size.
                          After showering, apply lotion to your elbows, knees and feet.
                          Lemon juice doubles as a facial mask and pore-reducer.

    • Moisturizing your hands for at least 4 times every day will bring give them a healthy glow.
    • Remove dead skin cells from your hands using a sea salt-lemon solution. Use an old toothbrush to brush it in your hands twice a week. This will help soften your hands and get rid of any discoloration.
    • To strengthen nails and hydrate skin on the hands, soak them for five minutes in a warm cup of milk. The lactic acid in milk will exfoliate dead skin from your hands while calcium will give strength to fragile nails.
    • Protect your hands daily from anything that could cause injury or any form of abuse.
